Introducing DXM

Founder & CEO Dave Davenport established DXM (‘Deus ex Machina’) to deliver a range of activities including team and leadership development, Strategic and Change Management programs taking theory and putting it into practice through experiential and sometimes adventurous activities. He now uses this vast experience to organize a diverse range of activities and development events for DXM’s clients. Dave is an intuitive networker and team builder who honed his skills over many years planning and conducting military and commercial operations. As a former Royal Marine he served the majority of his military career within the UK’s Special Forces in many of the world’s troubled and conflicted areas often working with the indigenous forces.
