ILM Level 3 for Network Rail Apprentices

DXM have just completed delivery of a 5 day leadership development programme for more than 170 Network Rail Apprentices during May.  The programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management to ILM L3 in leadership.

Network Rail established a brand new 3 year advanced apprenticeship scheme in September 2005 and the first intake are close to successful completion.
