Westminster School Brock Lecture 2009

We were approached by Westminster School to find a suitable speaker for their annual Brock Lecture. Sean Chapple was selected to talk about his adventures of “Following Scott to Antarctica” when he led a team of 4 adventurers to the South Pole and back in December 2007. Sean was asked to discuss how he set up for success, his contingency planning, how he motivated the team, how they dealt with issues and to look at the nitty gritty. Sean also spoke about dealing with the harsh realities, success and failure and what were the lessons learnt.
