Ginsters have recently held five road shows around the UK to launch their new branding campaign along with their latest product range. DXM worked with every Ginsters' Van Sales team across all five road shows to reinforce key themes and messages, getting each road show off to a dynamic start.
How we did it...
We implemented a series of short and snappy high impact puzzle based challenges during each intervention which created a real buzz. Everyone got involved, got competitive, had fun and a real sense of solidarity was achieved. This has given the Sales Management Team at Ginsters significant momentum in driving their campaign forward.
