Dave Davenport, Managing Director of DXM has many years experience in planning and conducting military and commercial operations. As a former Royal Marine he now uses this vast experience to organize a diverse range of activities and team development events for DXM's growing list of corporate clients.

He also manages the 'Vanguard Club' a network group of associates who are all busy in business but seeking a taste of adventure to fulfill that 'lifelong challenge'.
