Create Development

DXM were asked to partner Create Development to design and deliver two day conferences in London for School Sports Co-ordinators (SSCOs).

The challenge for the conferences was for the delegates to understand their main role as agents of change - SSCOs on a daily basis will look to promote/advocate and develop innovative ideas. The theme therefore was Persuasive Presentations, as the delegates daily rituals require them to:

●give and receive information
●challenge existing practice
●underpin important decisions
●implement, lead and drive change

To achieve the outcomes the conferences incorporated six situational presentations. These presentations ranged from boardroom meetings with relevant stakeholders, to one on one with a local business magnate for a financial/sponsorship opportunity.

Much of the feedback from the conferences went along the lines, “previous SSCOs conferences had people leaving halfway through the first day – they had people looking forward to what was next.”
The success of the conferences can be measured by the national role out that is now being instigated.
