I have worked with DXM (Dave Davenport and colleagues) numerous times over the last 10 years and I would rate their service as nothing short of excellent.
 
DXM have provided services to my previous company, Unilever PLC and my present company Pernod Ricard UK across a range of events in the fields of team development, leadership development, performance improvement, expedition logistics and management and water-based activities including RIB training. Dave Davenport himself is a very impressive individual, highly skilled and with an outstanding  and very relevant military background. He is able to work very well with individuals at all levels within a business, effectively becoming one of the team. From this position and based on a platform of trust and respect, he is able to influence the business and effect positive performance enhancements.
 
In particular Dave does a lot of training involving RIB’s and I went through my own powerboat training with DXM, achieving my RYA qualification. My wider team have all experienced elements of this training through use of RIB’s in team development exercises.
 
The wider DXM team are equally impressive and represent a broad range of expertise areas which means that they are able to tailor a solution to whatever your needs may be and provide very high quality and personable individuals.
 
In the end I can say that  DXM have always over delivered against all briefs I have given them and ensured we have had a tremendous amount of fun doing so.
